Riso Chan

Angela Maria Sierra, aka Riso Chan, is an artist and creative teacher living in Zwolle, Netherlands. She grew up in an artistic environment where her mother, a sculptor, inspired her to explore her creativity from an early age.

Riso believes that portraits can be a very powerful way to express emotions and human beauty and are a language in itself that does not use words to communicate. Therefore, her works mainly revolve around portraiture.

Riso Chan's artworks represented at the exhibition "Flora’s Garden" act as a visual diary of emotions, where she explores colors, playfulness and portraiture.
