Kelli Pai : “Flourish”

Flourish is a series of works by Kelli Pai that explores the symbiosis between femininity, life, and motherhood.

"Through soft pink tones, lush nature, and delicate yet powerful shapes, a world unfolds where the female body and the natural cycle merge into one. This exhibition is both personal and universal—a story of transformation, fertility, and flourishing in both body and soul.

Having recently become a mother, Pai translates this new stage of life into a visual language where the flowing forms of plants and flowers reflect the transformative experience of pregnancy and birth.

Kelli Pai (b. 1994) is an artist who lives and works in Tallinn. She earned her bachelor's degree in painting from the Estonian Academy of Arts (2018). In her work, she uses various techniques such as oil, acrylic, watercolor, linocut, and digital drawing. Her art has also moved out from in between walls, as she has practiced her hand at street art. Her work explores the power and beauty of vibrant colors, with a special focus on the color pink. She aims to evoke joy, energy, and positivity in the viewer.
