This Is My World / "See on minu maailm" Liisa Addi

My very first painted self-portrait. Throughout my life, I’ve made small sketches but never on this scale. The joy I felt while painting this is hard to put into words. Many have asked if it's difficult to paint oneself, but I felt that this painting was meant to be. I believe it’s easy to paint yourself once you've accepted who you are—your “flaws” and changing facial features. This is how my world was born, where I want to create space for other neurodivergent people. A place where people can feel confident in their own skin in this complex world
