Spiral Up / "Spiraalselt üles" Liisa Addi

All my life, I’ve tried to fit myself into a box and make myself smaller, to take up less space both physically and mentally. This leads to a downward spiral of thoughts, where shame, low self-esteem, and fears create a chaotic, self-destructive storm. After my diagnosis, I realised that my unique thoughts can also spiral upward if I allow them to build on one another. This way, exciting ideas about art, events, and people emerge. I understood that I have so much to offer the world if I let my thoughts run free.
